- Delivered to your shipping address within the last 30 days.
- Item(s) purchased from NineWest.ca. We cannot assist with refunds from other retailers or websites.
- Item(s) are in unworn, sellable condition with original packaging (with exception of damaged packages).
- Items NOT sold as Final Sale - please see your Order Confirmation email
All refunds will be to original tender type - no exceptions.

- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
- We do not refund original shipping fees.

- You will need to provide your order #, item(s) you want to return, and the reason for return in order to receive a mailing label & return shipping instructions.
- You will receive an email when your return is received and your refund has been processed.
- Please allow 4-5 business days for your refund to be initiated
- Upon receipt of your return, we’ll deduct a return processing fee of $8.00 (+tax) from your return order refund.
Please note that you must return the items in a shipping box or bag—either new or the one used to ship your original order. Be aware that if the return is not properly packaged, or
if the shoe box is used as a shipping box, a handling fee of $15 will be deducted from your refund amount.
- We do not offer exchanges. Simply return your unworn item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the desired replacement item(s).
- Please note, we cannot guarantee inventory will be available when you place your new order.
