We process and ship orders quickly, so unfortunately we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make the correction in time.

Kindly note, changes to shipping addresses may cause a delay in processing, transit and/or delivery times.

If we are unable to make the changes you are
looking for and the item is not suitable you can send the order back as a return. Please see our returns page further instructions on how to return an item.

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to edit it for any reason in any way.  If you have placed an erroneous order, Please contact customer service immediately.

SHIPMENTS

Nine West Canada offers complimentary ground
shipping on select orders, the costs & conditions
are as follows:

Free ground shipping to all provinces on orders $100+

Orders to all provinces under $100 are subject to a ground shipping fee of $9.99

Orders to all territories are subject to a ground shipping fee of $30, and are excluded from free shipping

Most orders are processed and shipped within 24-72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Note: normal business hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST - Shipping is not available outside
of these hours. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email with your tracking number.  You can use this number to find out when your goods should be arriving. Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to arrive.

If your package has been lost after being shipped, and you have been charged for the items, Please contact customer service immediately.

Nine west Canada delivers exclusively within Canada at this current time. 

RETURNS

Please follow the steps on our returns page to return your order.
