Super disappointed that the heel on the nude version of this shoe literally broke in half after only 6 months. Broken in half! I’ve never had that happen with any shoe before, and of course it happened while I was standing in the boardroom; super not cool.

I used to love Nine West and wore pairs until I wore through the sole. This is the first time I’ve questioned the workmanship. The call centre told me they have a 6-month warranty, but online customer service said I was out of luck. After escalation, I was eventually issued a credit. I’m now very nervous about the other pairs I’ve bought recently.

If the heels can snap like this and it’s not clearly covered, that doesn’t give me much confidence. The last thing I want is to topple over in a meeting again.
